A Workshop About Self-Love 

This workshop is about Self-Love and finding our true Self, our essential nature within. It is NOT about self-indulgence and narcissism, but finding a wise, mature kind of love for self and others.

When we are able to love and accept ourselves unconditionally, we can only experience our true Self, our essential nature within, and feel completely free and secure. And it is also the only way to have fulfilling relationships;

You will never feel loved and fulfilled in your relationships until you love yourself.

In this experiential workshop, we will explore our own relationship with ourselves, exposing the subtle and not-so subtle ways we withhold love and acceptance from ourselves by neglecting, avoiding, judging, rejecting, abandoning, or abusing ourselves. In these blind spots, we reject/undermine our needs, feelings, talents, strengths and necessary boundaries.

We will identify our core heart wound and our coping/protective pattern that have prevented us from opening up to love, feeling loved and fully accepted. 

We will learn how to give ourselves what we expect from others. Filling our own "container" with love and acceptance will allow us to have more love in our daily life, more love to feel, give and receive.

An Experiential and Supportive Approach  

This workshop is based on personal exercises to explore and experience our conditioned relationship with ourselves, and with love. It is done in an environment that is supportive, non-judgmental and compassionate to allow safe personal development, growth and healing.
